Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The free plan doesn't ask for a card: you create your account and start working.
What happens when we grow beyond 10 people?
You move to the Business plan and pay per user: people who coordinate and use the AI chat are MAIN users, people who only log hours, leave and expenses are BASIC users and cost much less.
Is the AI chat charged separately?
No. On the Business plan Hice AI is included, with no usage to keep an eye on. On the free plan you use it by connecting your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral key: you only pay the provider.
Do you charge for data migration?
It's included in the Business and Enterprise plans: bulk AI migration brings your candidates and clients into hice from your old files. It isn't available on the free plan: there you add candidates one at a time from a CV, or save them from LinkedIn with the extension.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No minimum term: you can cancel at any time, directly from the platform.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT and are per user per month.
