No more forgotten tasks: everything has an owner and a deadline.
In hice everyone has their tasks in an agenda, with a deadline and a reminder. If you need a colleague, you tag them with @ and they see the task too. And you can create tasks by typing in the chat, just as you would with a colleague.
Free for up to 10 people, no credit card required.

Everything you have to do, in one agenda
Tasks sit in an agenda by day and by week. Undated and overdue ones are kept separate, so nothing gets lost. And when one is done, you tick it off.

Tag who you need
Type @ and a colleague's name: the task shows up for them too and they get a notification. Nobody has to ask “who's handling this?”.
Create them by typing in the chat
Type “remind me to…” and the AI prepares the task with the date, recurring or for a colleague too. You check it and confirm. With Hice AI on the Business plan, or with your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral key.
Dates written the way you speak
Type “tomorrow at 10” and the deadline fills itself in. The reminder arrives as far ahead as you choose, and you can dictate it by voice too.
Notifications only when needed
No flood of alerts: hice gets in touch when there's really something to do.
What changes in your week
Monday morning
Open hice and find your tasks for the week, sorted by deadline, with overdue ones kept separate. No meeting needed to remember what needs doing.
Wednesday, on the phone with a client
The client asks you for a document. You type it in the chat, confirm, and it's already a task with the name of whoever is doing it and the date.
