Data collected
- Form data: name, email, phone, company, role, size, country, interests and message.
- Technical form context: IP, approximate location, date/time, page, source/campaign, browser, device, language, timezone, screen and session.
- Only after analytics consent: visits, pages, duration/presence, pseudonymous visitor and session IDs, IP, approximate location, referrer, campaigns and device data.
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling sales/contact requests and taking pre-contractual steps requested by you.
- Correctly attributing the lead, preventing abuse and protecting the service under the Controller’s legitimate interests.
- Measuring and improving the site, including self-hosted analytics and Google Analytics, solely on revocable consent.
Retention
Analytics events and IPs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Form data is kept as needed to handle the request and commercial relationship, normally no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless law or legal claims require otherwise.
Providers and transfers
Contracted providers may process data for hosting/database, email delivery, security and — only with consent — Google Analytics and the configured IP geolocation provider. Transfers outside the EEA use the safeguards required by GDPR.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. Email info@hice.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
