People who coordinate see their numbers. You see them all.
The same data rolls up the org chart: the person's number, the team total, the whole company. KPIs are visible to MAIN users, the people who coordinate and approve.
The person's number
Each person's days worked, absences and expenses, calculated from what they already log, next to their goal. You see straight away who is within it and who isn't.
The team's number
The manager sees the team total and who is above or below the goal. They don't have to ask anyone for a summary.
The company's number
You see the whole company and can drill down to a single person. You set the minimum and maximum goals, per person or per team.
