The commercial agreement records the fee model, fixed amount or percentage, entry fee, payment terms and guarantees. Fee events can hold amounts, dates, status, due dates and invoice references; linking an event to a placement preserves its context.

Recording an invoice number or fee status does not mean issuing or submitting a statutory invoice, reconciling a bank account or executing a payment. Test the handoff to your administrative system and verify any required integration separately.
