Set up the project once: phases, deliverables and planned hours

Open Client Gamma's project and split it into your phases, each with its deliverables (the drawings and documents to hand over), deadlines and the hours you expect. You choose the phases: these are just an example. From then on, hice compares the plan with what actually happens.

Everyone knows what to do, and you see who's overloaded

For each phase you create tasks and assign them to people on the technical team, with a deadline. Before assigning more work you see how busy everyone is: if Emma is already fully booked this week, you know right away.

Hours land on the right phase

Each engineer logs hours against the project and the phase, from the office or from the site with the mobile app. The manager approves them, and the hours go into the phase's tally.

See in time if a phase is eating your margin

For each phase you see where you stand and how many hours you've used against the plan. The project margin updates with approved hours: if construction documents cost more than planned, you see it as it happens and can talk to the client about it.

The client report is already drafted

When the client asks where things stand, hice drafts the report with phases, progress, hours and deliverables handed over. You read it, adjust it and send it: no more afternoons spent piecing data together from different folders.
