From old files to hice, in four steps

You don't need to prepare anything: no templates to fill in, no columns to rename. You tell hice what each file contains and it does the rest.

  1. Upload the files as they are

    CVs in PDF or Word, even photographed or scanned, and whole folders compressed into a zip. For clients: Excel, CSV or vCard files exported from your old CRM or management software. Every file goes through a virus scan.

  2. The AI understands your files

    In client files the AI looks at the headers and a few sample rows, and works out where the company name, VAT number, email and phone are. It doesn't need to read the whole database: that's enough. In CVs hice reads skills, experience, contact details and photo.

  3. hice imports, without guesswork

    Every row becomes a record. If a person is already there with the same email, you'll find them flagged as a duplicate. If a file isn't a CV or a column isn't clear, hice stops and tells you why, instead of saving the wrong data.

  4. Check, and undo if you need to

    At the end you see what went in, what was a duplicate and what was skipped. If a file shouldn't have been imported, you undo it: hice removes what it had created, but not the records your team has already started using.

Is it available on the free plan?

No. Bulk migration with AI is available on the Business and Enterprise plans. On the free plan you add candidates one at a time from a CV, or save them from LinkedIn with the extension.

Does the AI read all my clients' data?

No. To understand the columns it only needs the headers and a few sample rows. hice then imports all the rows itself, following fixed rules.

Which programs can I bring my data from?

From any program that exports to Excel, CSV or vCard, including CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot and the management software you already use. CVs can be PDF, Word, photos or scans, even inside a zip archive.

Can I use my own AI model instead of Hice AI?

Yes. Connect your ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral API key, and that model handles the migration. You pay the provider for it.
