A CRM with less manual data entry

Copying names, job titles and companies slows sales down. Hice's extension prepares the record from a LinkedIn profile; review the preview and save. AI can then help with notes and next actions.

A practical request for your assistant

Use these notes to propose an opportunity update. Show me what you would change before saving.

Example request: the response depends on the available records and the operations accessible to your user.

From a LinkedIn profile to your CRM

Open the contact's profile, launch the extension and choose to save a contact. Check name, role and company in the preview. Associate the contact with the correct company, using an existing record when available. You can also retain data from a LinkedIn company page. Confirm to save the individual record.

The practical benefit is less copying while retaining your review. If the source has no email or phone, saving does not automatically enrich those fields. Your first commercial activity may be completing the relationship and recording why the contact matters.

    Create an opportunity from notes

Provide conversation notes and request a proposal containing company, contact, description, stage and next step. If value or deadline are unknown, ask to leave them missing. Before creating an opportunity, check whether a deal for the same request already exists.

The AI draft must become an explicit change: review relationships and confirm the proposed fields. To update an existing opportunity, identify the exact record. 'Update the client' is ambiguous when the database holds a company, a person and several opportunities for the same organization.

    What information enters the record

Saving uses information available in the profile you are viewing. Email and phone numbers are not invented or discovered behind hidden fields. When absent, those fields remain empty; you can complete them later from a valid source.

Check information that changes, including current employer, role, location and availability. Capturing a profile does not establish that someone is seeking work or wants an offer. For subsequent work, preserve the relationship context and distinguish observed information from your own assessment.

Frequently asked questions about CRM with less data entry

Is there a CRM that saves me from retyping contacts?

Hice connects companies, contacts and opportunities in its CRM. Open the extension from a LinkedIn profile, review the record and confirm one save at a time. Link the contact to their company and keep notes and the next sales step in your database, with less retyping.

Do the extension and AI connection cost extra?

Hice charges no additional fee for the extension or AI assistant integration, including on the free plan. Hice plan limits and AI provider costs or requirements remain separate.

    Are profiles saved automatically?

You choose and confirm each profile, one at a time. The extension prepares the record and checks duplicates; it does not automatically collect everyone you view.

Can I use LinkedIn without a subscription?

Yes, profiles accessible through your free account do not require Sales Navigator or Recruiter. Features reserved for LinkedIn's paid products depend on their plans.

Can AI change records without a check?

The connector respects your user's permissions. Writes are prepared and confirmed through Hice; the AI client can also request its own approval.
