# Your numbers calculate themselves. The org chart decides who sees them.

KPIs are the numbers that tell you how things are going: opportunities won, active assignments, days worked, hires, expenses. hice counts them from the data your team already enters. You set the goals, and each manager sees their team's numbers.

## Where the numbers come from

Every number comes from something your team already does in hice: a closed deal, a new assignment, a logged day, a hired candidate, an approved receipt. Nobody has to retype anything.

## People who coordinate see their numbers. You see them all.

The same data rolls up the org chart: the person's number, the team total, the whole company. KPIs are visible to MAIN users, the people who coordinate and approve.

- The person's numberEach person's days worked, absences and expenses, calculated from what they already log, next to their goal. You see straight away who is within it and who isn't.
- The team's numberThe manager sees the team total and who is above or below the goal. They don't have to ask anyone for a summary.
- The company's numberYou see the whole company and can drill down to a single person. You set the minimum and maximum goals, per person or per team.EGEllenEllen GrantManagement76 dgoal 72–88MBMarkMark BennettLondon manager40 dgoal 36–44SCSarahSarah CollinsLeeds manager36 dgoal 36–44ECEmmaEmma ClarkeConsultant21 dgoal 18–22LFLukeLuke FosterConsultant19 dgoal 18–22PGPaulPaul GreenConsultant20 dgoal 18–22CWClaireClaire WellsConsultant16 dgoal 18–22below minimum

## What changes for you

### Nobody fills in a report anymore.

The numbers are calculated from the data your team already enters: no spreadsheets to update at month end.

### You know where everyone stands, without asking.

Each person and each team has their number next to the minimum and maximum goal. At the end of the period hice tells you whether the goal was met.

### You download the report when you need it.

You export your KPIs to CSV in one click. And everyone sees only what concerns them, because visibility follows the org chart.

## See your company's numbers without asking anyone for them.

Start from the data you have: we import it for you from Excel or the management software you use. The numbers light up as your team works in hice.
