# Ask in plain English. hice answers with your company's data.

hice's chat lives inside the software where you already keep candidates, clients, projects and hours. You write to it the way you'd write to a colleague, and it answers by looking at your real data: no filters to set up, no reports to build.

Below is an example conversation, with made-up names and numbers.

Hice AI is included in the Business plan. Free for up to 10 people, with your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral key.

Hi! Ask me anything you want to know about your company. For example:

- What do you know about my company?
- Find me a Java consultant in London who's free from January
- What's the margin on Project Beta?
- Draft a change request for Alpha
- Let me know if something important happens
- What if our team already uses ChatGPT or Claude?
- And what if you don't know the answer?

## What do you know about my company?

Almost everything, from day one: I can see the candidates, clients, projects, hours and expenses you have in hice. If your data is in Excel or in a folder of CVs, you import it into hice and I can see it straight away. There's nothing to set up and nothing to teach me.

## Find me a Java consultant in London who's free from January

Here's who can start in London from January. You ask me like this, in your own words, instead of setting four filters. And I know the language of consulting: day rate, assignment, bench (the people who don't have a project right now).

## What's the margin on Project Beta?

Here are Project Beta's numbers. I read them from the project data, and in the same way I read the phases, who's working on it and how busy they are, the latest activity and the documents. But I only see what you see: if you don't have access to costs and margins, I tell you so and point you to who to ask. I don't estimate and I don't round.

## Draft a change request for Alpha

Here's the draft. A change request is what you send the client when the work changes from what was agreed. I haven't saved it: you check it, fix it if needed and confirm it yourself. I do the same with everything I prepare: tasks, risks, documents.

## Let me know if something important happens

hice already takes care of that, with notifications: they arrive when there's really something to do. A project ending in sixty days, an opportunity stalled for too long, a timesheet (the monthly record of hours) not submitted. For everything else, I'll be here when you open the chat.

## What if our team already uses ChatGPT or Claude?

You can connect them to hice: they read your real data, prepare reports and let you check changes before they're saved. At no extra cost, even on the free plan.

## And what if you don't know the answer?

I'll tell you. I don't have a polite answer for every question: when something is beyond me, I say so and send you to support, instead of trying anyway and quietly getting it wrong. Better an “I don't know” than a made-up number.

## Three things worth a closer look

## With Business the chat is included: no usage costs for AI.

Nothing to keep an eye on and nothing to set up. Up to 10 people hice is free, forever: you use the chat by connecting your own ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral key.
