## LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter

Hice's workflow supports LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter profiles: open the person you want to save and review the extension preview. These environments show different information and interfaces, so check identity and company before confirming. Profile support does not mean bulk importing result lists.

You can start with profiles accessible through free LinkedIn: Hice does not require buying Sales Navigator or Recruiter to save a standard profile. Access to content or features reserved for LinkedIn's paid products still depends on your account and their subscriptions.

## Save a LinkedIn candidate, step by step

Open the LinkedIn profile you want to keep. Open the Hice extension and sign in, then choose to save a candidate. Review the preview: name, role, experience and other available information must belong to the right person. Complete required fields and confirm the save.

The operation concerns one profile at a time and starts with your choice. Browsing LinkedIn does not automatically collect lists. Once saved, the record is in your Hice database: add notes, a CV or a search link without retyping the profile from scratch.

## From a LinkedIn profile to your CRM

Open the contact's profile, launch the extension and choose to save a contact. Check name, role and company in the preview. Associate the contact with the correct company, using an existing record when available. You can also retain data from a LinkedIn company page. Confirm to save the individual record.

The practical benefit is less copying while retaining your review. If the source has no email or phone, saving does not automatically enrich those fields. Your first commercial activity may be completing the relationship and recording why the contact matters.

## What information enters the record

Saving uses information available in the profile you are viewing. Email and phone numbers are not invented or discovered behind hidden fields. When absent, those fields remain empty; you can complete them later from a valid source.

Check information that changes, including current employer, role, location and availability. Capturing a profile does not establish that someone is seeking work or wants an offer. For subsequent work, preserve the relationship context and distinguish observed information from your own assessment.
