Scenario: a team processes 50 operations per week for four weeks. Initial assumption: 12 minutes per operation; connected-workflow assumption: 8 minutes. Time valued at 35 currency units/hour. Calculation gives 13.33 hours and 466.67 currency units/month. These are simulated values to validate with team measurements.

## Define the outcome and records

For this topic the control starts with trigger events, ownership, approvals and workflow history.
