## Connect Hice to ChatGPT

In the app or plugin flow available in your ChatGPT environment, search for Hice and start connecting it. Sign into Hice and authorize the account you intend to use. A useful first request is to show available operations and read a known record without changing anything.

If your environment allows custom connectors, Hice's MCP endpoint is https://app.hice.ai/mcp. Interface and availability depend on the product, plan and workspace rules. Current conditions are described in the ChatGPT plugins guide. Do not paste an API key into a regular conversation to establish this connection.

## Connect Hice to Claude

Open the connector flow available in your Claude environment, find Hice and complete sign-in to your account. If using a compatible custom connector flow, use https://app.hice.ai/mcp. The connection uses your Hice identity: naming a client in a prompt does not grant access to another workspace.

Verify the connection with a read-only request, then try a simple change you can inspect. For availability, configuration and differences between environments, consult the official Claude connectors documentation. Different interfaces can expose different settings.

## Chat inside Hice or a connected personal assistant

There are two paths. In the first, use ChatGPT or Claude and connect Hice to work with accessible records. In the second, use chat inside Hice, with an administrator configuring the provider through an API key. The conversation's location and provider billing differ.

Choose according to the team's work: who manages the provider, which users use chat and which operations are needed. Do not put a company API key in a prompt to connect a personal account. The external connector uses Hice authentication; API configuration belongs in the app's administrative settings.
